Professor Ojha started teaching in the University of Alberta, Canada, during his doctoral programme. Prior to joining IIMB, he was an Assistant Professor at Laurentian University, Canada. He worked as an engineer in the Bombay Division of ONGC, before pursuing doctoral studies in management.

Dr. Kaushik, Director of ICAR-National Research Centre for Grapes, Pune, develops methods to detect pesticide residues and mycotoxins in food and assesses risks for crop-specific MRLs. As a member of FSSAI's Scientific Panels, he aids in shaping India's food safety standards and chairs the India Section of AOAC INTERNATIONAL.

With 20+ years' experience, he's led initiatives in software product management, engineering, and sales for enterprises and startups in agriculture, food, and education. He's worked with Robert Bosch, Talisma, and Logica.

Mr. Ritesh Prasad, Industry Consultant Senior Manager at Dassault Systemes for 13 years, specializes in digital transformation for CPGR, H&L, LS, and A&D industries. He has extensive experience with enterprise PLM and digitization projects across multiple sectors. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science from NIT Jalandhar and an EPGP in Strategic Sales Management from IIM Kozhikode.

Mr. Vijayananda has been working as the Senior Research Associate heading the Food safety analysis in ITC R&D center, ITC Limited for more than 18 years. Prior to this he has worked for 2 years as an Executive in the Analytical Department of Strides Technology and Research( STAR), & before that he had one year in R&,D / Q.C of Natural Remedies Pvt. Ltd as Research Assistant .

MR. SHASHI KUMAR

FOUNDER AND CEO, AKSHAYAKALPA

Shashi Kumar is the co-founder and CEO of India’s first organic milk company, aiming to empower small and marginalized farmers. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and has 17 years of experience in telecommunications, including 13 years at Wipro Technologies. Shashi now focuses on enhancing the economic viability of small farms through technology and automation.
