Welcome to the India Food Safety Conclave (IFSC). By accessing and using our website or participating in any events associated with IFSC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms carefully.
Event Registration:
a. To attend the India Food Safety Conclave, participants must register through the official registration process.
b. Registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event.

b. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the event without prior written permission.
Privacy:
a. Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy governing the collection and use of personal information.
Liability and Indemnity:
a. IFSC and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience incurred by participants during the event.
b. Participants agree to indemnify and hold IFSC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.

a. IFSC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any part of the event for reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
Photography and Recording:
a. Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event. By attending, participants grant IFSC the right to use their image and likeness for promotional purposes.

a. IFSC reserves the right to terminate the access of any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unauthorized activities.

Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
